Hawaii Care Home Marketing

How we work

Walkthrough first. Then we do the work.

You are running a care home, so the process is light: one conversation, a short written scope, and a team that does the work remotely and reports every month — for operators on every island.

An older woman smiling as she sets out a home-cooked meal in her kitchen.

The process

Four steps, the same for every home.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

A conversation with the operator about the license, the open beds, what exists online, how inquiries are handled, and where your hours go. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

  2. 02

    Written scope

A short plan: what we fix first, what we build, what we leave alone, how we will measure it, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

We build or repair the site, Google profile, listings, outreach list, and automations — in the home’s name, using the facts on the license and the photos you already have. You approve everything before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Run, measure, adjust

Ongoing outreach, updates, and tuning, with a monthly report against your starting baseline and a short list of what changes next.

Ways to work together

Pick what fits. Combine as you grow.

There is no public rate card because a single Type I ARCH and a multi-home operator need different things. You get the scope and price in writing after the walkthrough.

Launch project

New homes and homes starting from scratch online

Name, domain, website, Google profile, listings, inquiry intake, and referral list — built in order and handed over working.

Scoped and priced up front.

Growth retainer

Existing homes that want beds filled and kept full

Ongoing referral outreach, search and profile upkeep, vacancy updates, reviews, social, and monthly occupancy reporting.

Monthly, with a scope you can read in a minute.

Platform build

Operators drowning in admin or running several homes

Automations and custom tools for intake, scheduling, paperwork, referral tracking, and reporting, plus upkeep.

Scoped per workflow, piloted before expanding.

Photography project

Only if you want a shoot

Photography is its own project, not included in the website or monthly work. Bedrooms, kitchen, common areas, lanai, and the front of the house.

Scoped and priced separately, if you book it.

What we need from you

Less than you think.

  • The license, bed count, and the care you can take
  • One decision-maker for approvals
  • Access to existing accounts, or permission to create them in the home’s name
  • Any photos of the home you already have
  • A quick heads-up when a bed opens or fills

What you can expect from us

Plain commitments.

  • One point of contact who knows your home
  • Nothing published without your approval
  • A monthly report in plain language, against your baseline
  • A straight answer when something is not working, and what we will change
  • No invented reviews, stock residents, or claims the license does not support

Working together

Fees and scope.

Do you guarantee occupancy?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We set a baseline on day one — inquiries, sources, response time, tours, move-ins, days beds sat open — and report the trend every month.

What does it cost?

There is no public rate card, because a single Type I ARCH and a multi-home operator need different things. After the walkthrough you get the scope and price in writing. Launch projects are priced up front; ongoing growth work is a monthly retainer. Photography, if you want it, is quoted separately.

How it works

How does the walkthrough work?

One conversation about your license, open beds, what you have online today, and where your hours go. You get a straight answer about what would help — and if we are not the right fit, we say so.

What do you need from us?

The license and bed count, one decision-maker for approvals, access to existing accounts (or permission to create them in the home’s name), any photos you already have, and a heads-up when a bed opens.

What do you report on?

Monthly, in plain language: inquiries and where they came from, response time, tours, move-ins, and how long beds sat open — measured against your day-one baseline.

We are still applying for our license. Is it too early?

No — it is the best time. We settle the name, domain, site, and referral list while the application moves, then publish when the license is issued. We never advertise beds a home is not yet licensed to fill.

See what would fill your beds.

Bring the license, the open beds, and whatever you have online today. In one walkthrough we tell you what we would fix first, what we would build, and what we would leave alone.
