Hawaii Care Home Marketing

Opening a care home

Launch a new Hawaii care home or ARCH ready to fill.

We set up the website, search presence, inquiry intake, and referral outreach while your license moves through the State — then publish the day it is issued. You focus on staffing, inspections, and care.

Good fit if you are

  • Applying for an ARCH, expanded ARCH, or assisted living license
  • Recently licensed with no real online presence
  • Adding a second home to an existing operation

Where new homes stall

Empty beds in the first months are usually a visibility problem.

New operators are often excellent caregivers. The gap is that nobody can find, verify, or reach the home yet.

  • The license arrives and there is no website, so the first discharge planner who looks you up finds nothing.
  • The Google profile is unverified, or lists a home address that does not match the license.
  • Inquiries go to a personal cell phone, and nobody tracks who called or what they needed.
  • No one at the hospital or case management office knows the home exists yet.
  • Every evening after care goes to building a site from a template instead of resting.

The launch kit

Everything a new home needs to be found and chosen.

Scoped to your license and island on the walkthrough. Accounts and assets are set up in the home’s name.

Name, domain, and email

A domain and professional email in the home’s name, set up so the accounts belong to you.

Website

A clear, fast, mobile-first site: license type, island and neighborhood, the care you can take, the rooms, and how to reach a person.

Google Business Profile and Maps

Created, verified, and written to match the license — categories, hours, and the questions families ask.

Directory and listing setup

Consistent name, address, phone, and license details on the listings that matter, so search engines trust the facts.

Inquiry intake

One number and one inbox, a simple log of every inquiry, missed-call text back, and a standard first response you approve.

Referral-source list and introductions

The discharge planners, case managers, and community partners on your island who place residents like the ones you are licensed to take.

A simple look

A simple logo and colors that look like a home, not an ad, using the photos you have. Photography is its own project — book a shoot only if you want one.

First-month plan

Who gets an introduction, which posts go out, and the measures we will report on from your first inquiry.

Launch sequence

From application to a full house.

The order matters more than the calendar. Licensing timelines vary, so we work in phases and move when the State does.

  1. 01 · While you apply

    Prepare

    • Settle the name and secure the domain
    • Draft the site and profile from your planned license
    • Build the referral-source list for your island
    • Gather photos of the house you already have
  2. 02 · License issued

    Go live

    • Publish the website with the license details
    • Verify the Google Business Profile
    • Turn on inquiry intake and tracking
    • Send first introductions to referral sources
  3. 03 · First months

    Fill

    • Follow up with referral sources on a schedule
    • Keep vacancy information current everywhere
    • Start collecting reviews from families who agree
    • Monthly report on inquiries and tours
  4. 04 · After opening

    Stay full

    • Move to an ongoing growth retainer if it fits
    • Add automations as volume grows
    • Search and content work that compounds
    • Plan for the next home, if there is one

We do not advertise beds a home is not yet licensed to fill. Licensing questions belong with the Department of Health, Office of Health Care Assurance; we build around the license you are applying for.

Done for you, remotely

No logins to learn. No templates to fill in.

Our team writes, builds, and runs your website, Google profile, and social from the facts on your license and the photos you already have — remotely, for operators on every island.

  1. 01

    We write and build everything

Website copy drawn from your license and your own words, the site itself, your Google Business Profile, directory listings, and social pages. You review and approve; we publish.

  2. 02

We run the marketing and outreach

Posts, reviews, and introductions to discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, and community partners on your island — all in your home’s name.

  3. 03

    We keep it current

Vacancy updates when a bed opens, follow-up on every inquiry, and one plain-language report each month.

  4. 04

Photography only if you want it

Photography is its own project, not included in the website or monthly work. Book it only if you want a shoot.

Your part: one walkthrough, a few approvals, and a heads-up when a bed opens.

What you bring

Short list. We handle the rest.

  • The license type you hold or applied for, and your bed count
  • The island and neighborhood, and who you plan to serve
  • Any photos of the house you already have
  • One person who can approve copy and answer inquiries

Already open?

Running a home today?

If you are licensed and operating, the starting point is different: audit what exists, fix what is costing calls, and fill the beds that are open now.

Growth for existing homes

New home questions

Before you launch.

Who do you work with?

Operators and owners of Type I and Type II ARCHs, expanded ARCHs, assisted living facilities, and multi-home operations on every island — plus operators still in the State licensing process who want to launch ready.

Do you issue or help with care home licenses?

No. Hawaii care home licenses come from the Department of Health, Office of Health Care Assurance (OHCA). We work from the license you hold or applied for, and we only market the care that license allows.

Whose name is on the website you build?

Your care home’s — its name, license, and phone. Domains, profiles, and accounts are set up in the home’s name and stay yours.

Care home websites

We don’t have a Google profile, or can’t get verified. Can you help?

Yes. We set up or claim the profile in the home’s name and walk you through Google’s verification, following Google’s rules for how your address is shown.

Google Business Profile

Is photography included in the website or monthly work?

No. Photography is its own project, not included in the website or monthly work. Book it only if you want a shoot. Until then, we use the photos you already have.

Photography

We are still applying for our license. Is it too early?

No — it is the best time. We settle the name, domain, site, and referral list while the application moves, then publish when the license is issued. We never advertise beds a home is not yet licensed to fill.

Plan the launch before the license arrives.

Tell us the license you applied for, the island, and where you are in the process. We will map what to prepare now and what goes live on day one.
